This custom-sized Scroll-Tek truck body is the most efficient way to unload products. With an unloading time of less than 60 seconds, this body gets you back on the road in no time. The powerful hydraulic motor drive system at the rear pulls the load off with the touch of a button. The belt is then returned to the front again with another touch of a button. Up-swing tailgate and latches are also controlled with the wireless transmitter, along with an option for electric tarp. Duraplate sidewalls provide exceptional rigidity, durability, but yet remain flexible. The sidewalls are easy to clean thanks to the smooth painted white finish. Belt: | The 84" wide belt consists of 2 ply, nylon fabric back, and a PVG compound top that is moderately oil resistant and abrasion resistant. Unique HPC technology ensures superior tracking performance. |
Drive Units: | Rear unit uses two hydraulic motors with 10 tooth drive sprockets to a 54 tooth driven sprocket. These are connected with #80 HV chain. Front Unit uses one hydraulic motor (double motor is an option) with 10 tooth drive and 48 tooth driven sprocket. This is connected with a #80 HV chain. Limit switch on front unit stops the belt automatically at the end of each cycle. Scrapers front and rear wipe the belt clean while unloading and wrapping up. |
Door: | Hydraulical lift cylinders - upward & forward hinged. Cylinders for the door are locked with a counter balance valves for safety. Hydraulic latches hold it secure when closed. |
Sidewalls: | The Duraplate sidewalls are 13 mm thick high density polyethylene core panel, with a 80,000 psi. yield fully hardened steel skin. These panels are glued together every 48" at a ship-lap seem. The fully hardened steel skin is hot dipped in a G-90 zinc coating, primed with a rust inhibitive baked on primer, and finally coated with a polyester baked on paint. White is the standard color (black is also available). |
Tarp & Bows: | 22 oz. vynil & trampoline mesh available. These tarps are sewed together with high quality vynil, reinforced at all contact points with double layers and Nylon seat belt strap to ensure years of use without tearing or wearing through. Tarp bows are heavy duty aluminum tubes rolled to 6" rise for the front and rear tarp pans. There are two more tarp bows in the center rolled to 8" rise. This allows for maximum water shedding. |
Lighting: | Maxxima LED lighting comes standard. 7 lights down the sidewalls top and bottom. More or less available. Inside work light mounted on front wall shining back. |
Frame: | Custom extruded aluminum bottom rail with aluminum crossmembers set at 16" spacing |
