Beginning in 1997, the Weaver’s experimented with the scrolling floor belt idea in a small mulch delivery truck. Through a lot of testing and challenges along the way, the Weaver’s designed and built their very own “Scroll-Tek” trailer with the “Weaver Scrolling Floor” system in 2011. Today, Weaver Systems LLC is still manufacturing the Scroll-Tek belt trailers and Dura-Trek walking floor trailers for its growing customer base. There is a dedicated team of people on the floor helping with the day to day activities. These include: Accounting, Sales, Engineering and Drafting, Mig and Tig welding, DOT air plumbing, Electrical wiring, Hydraulics, Fabrication, and General Assembly… each plays an important role in manufacturing and selling trailers. The team is constantly looking for ways to improve product design and manufacturing process.
